I intend this blog to be as much about fiscal policy as Micheal Jordan is about basketball.
The reason I'am really starting this is to enlighten people about macroeconomics. Given that I'am in a B-School, I'am very surprised at the total lack of interest in macroeconomics and policy. People are drawn more towards finance couses while they have no idea what happens in the background is all that really matters. Hedging, leveraged buyouts etc. are all possible due to a few key parameters such as interest rates, inflation etc. Here I will try to understand what this is all about and hopefully you can to.
I promise to keep all my articles small, brevity is not only the soul of wit, but also saves time for my other activities ;). All articles will be kept within 500 words as personally I want to develop that skill. Plus, I shall post all the extensive reading I do on the topic in this blog.
